Dash Aesthetics Terms and Conditions

01224 619232 – Dash Aesthetics is owned and solely operated by Austin Ryan Peter Wood.
All treatments are conducted under qualified and trained practitioners and Dash Aesthetics are fully
insured and underwritten by Beazley Medical Malpractice Insurance. All treatments will only be
carried out if the practitioner is trained in. All certificates are on display for the clients to have a look
at.

Deposit policy – Deposits are non-refundable, under no circumstances do Dash Aesthetics offer
refunds on deposits once they have been paid, we are happy to change and reschedule
appointments. Deposits will only be refunded under the sole discretion of company policy and or as
per company terms and conditions. This will clearly be stated in the booking stage when booking on
our website. If you would ever like a copy of these terms and conditions, please email us.

Refund policy – All treatments are carried out by an advance practitioner and a full consultation will
take place before any treatment is conducted. As with any treatment it comes with risks. It is your
responsibility to familiarise yourself with these risks for you to make an informed decision.
Although good results are expected, it is possible that after the treatment that the face may appear
uneven as some areas may be greater affected by the product than others. It is also possible that the
treatment does not last as expected. The results of your treatment is dependent on
several factors including but not limited too; genetics, metabolism, age, medical history and natural
anatomy. It is because of this there is no guarantee on the results that can be obtained through
treatment. As with any treatment, dissatisfaction remains a real risk.
Under no circumstances does Dash Aesthetics offer full or partial refunds.

Cancellation policy – Please note we have a 48-hour policy in place, when booking your treatment,
you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit* on most treatments for Aesthetics. You
must cancel your appointment with 48 hours’ notice, if you fail to adhere to this then you will lose
your deposit. When you reach the 24 hours or less, it is a loss of deposit and you are liable to pay the
full cost of the treatment.
If you are paying by a voucher** and fail to turn up to your appointment, or do not let us know that
you can’t make your appointment adhering to the 24 hour cancellation policy and/or you risk losing 20% of
your voucher.
All deposits are used towards the cost of your treatment.
When you book a consultation*** you will be required to pay a £10 booking fee but please rest
assured this is fully refundable and if you choose to go ahead with a treatment this will be deducted
from the price of the treatment price.
*Deposit prices are shown when booking and range from 20%-30% depending on the treatment
booked.

Discounted Vouchers – If you have a discounted voucher and want to book in using the voucher you need to contact us where one of the team will book you in, you will not pay a deposit. If there is a deposit attached to a booking and you want to use a discounted voucher, we can not do this. At discretion of DashAesthetics or governed by our T&C’s, there may be other options, please get in touch if you are unsure and one of the team and explain everything in detail and go over everything. 

You can only use discounted vouchers on 1 treatment per visit (vouchers can be used on multiple visits). 

No Loyalty Stamps are given on discount vouchers.

No double discounts, or coupon codes, discount codes or any other special offers can be paired with discounted vouchers.
