Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, consultations and treatments carried out by Dash Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation or undergoing treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Professional Standards

Dash Aesthetics is committed to delivering safe, ethical and professional aesthetic treatments.

All procedures are performed only by appropriately qualified and trained practitioners operating within their scope of competence.

Dash Aesthetics maintains comprehensive Medical Malpractice Insurance underwritten by Beazley Insurance. Practitioner qualifications and insurance documentation are available upon request.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe or not in the client's best interests.

2. Consultations & Consent

Every client will undergo a consultation before treatment is carried out.

Clients must provide accurate information regarding medical history, medications, allergies, previous procedures and any other information relevant to treatment suitability.

By proceeding with treatment you confirm that:

• You understand the procedure being undertaken.
• You understand the possible risks and side effects.
• You understand that results vary between individuals.
• You have had the opportunity to ask questions.
• You give informed consent for treatment.

3. Deposits

Most appointments require a deposit of between 20% and 30% of the treatment value.

Deposits secure appointment time and are deducted from the final treatment balance.

Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law or where Dash Aesthetics agrees otherwise at its sole discretion.

Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Dash Aesthetics operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

• More than 48 hours notice – appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Less than 48 hours notice – deposit will be forfeited.
• 24 hours or less notice, or failure to attend – Dash Aesthetics reserves the right to charge the full treatment cost.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may require future bookings to be paid in full in advance.

5. Consultation Booking Fees

Certain consultations require a booking fee of £10 or £15.

This fee is deducted from the treatment cost should you proceed with treatment.

Cancellation policies apply equally to consultation appointments.

6. Refund Policy

All aesthetic procedures are elective cosmetic treatments and individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment outcomes vary according to numerous factors including:

• Age
• Genetics
• Metabolism
• Skin quality
• Healing response
• Facial anatomy
• Lifestyle
• Medical history

Due to these factors, Dash Aesthetics cannot guarantee specific outcomes or treatment longevity.

Dissatisfaction with cosmetic results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Once treatment has been performed, Dash Aesthetics does not offer refunds for treatments except where required under UK consumer legislation.

Where clinically appropriate, review appointments or additional treatment may be offered at the practitioner's discretion.

7. Treatment Results

No practitioner can guarantee exact treatment outcomes.

Temporary swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness and asymmetry may occur following treatment and usually resolves during healing.

Additional treatment sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes and additional charges may apply.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift vouchers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be refunded.
• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Cannot be redeemed after expiry.
• Cannot usually be used alongside other promotions.
• Are intended for one individual only.

9. Discount Vouchers & Promotions

Discount vouchers should be redeemed by contacting the clinic directly unless otherwise stated.

• Only one discounted treatment may be redeemed per visit.
• No loyalty stamps are awarded on discounted treatments.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or promotional code.
• Discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Dash Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions without notice.

10. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid disruption to other clients.

If insufficient treatment time remains, the appointment may require rescheduling and cancellation charges may apply.

11. Medical Suitability

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if:

• The client is medically unsuitable.
• The treatment is clinically inappropriate.
• There are concerns regarding unrealistic expectations.
• The treatment is not considered to be in the client's best interests.

12. Children & Guests

For insurance and safety reasons, children and additional guests should not accompany clients into treatment rooms unless agreed in advance.

13. Clinical Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records.

No images will be used for marketing or social media without separate written consent.

14. Complaints

Dash Aesthetics aims to provide the highest possible standard of care.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve your concerns promptly.

15. Amendments

Dash Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on request and on our website.
