8 Point Facelift
The 8-Point Facelift, sometimes known as the liquid facelift, is an advanced dermal filler treatment that aims to smooth, lift and plump the skin, to replace facial volume lost by the natural skin ageing process. As we age, the skin’s natural regeneration processes begin to slow down. This means less production of collagen and elastin, which are the substances that give our skin smoothness, brightness, and elasticity, resulting in the sagging or drooping of the skin in the mid and lower face, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
By expertly placing dermal filler at certain points in the face, we can help to restore volume, lift sagging skin, and smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
Developed by Bazilian surgeon Mauricio de Maio, the 8 points are used by practitioners to target drooping or sagging skin all over the mid and lower face. These 8 points have been chosen to give the best possible results and can help to:
- Define the cheekbones
- Lift and plump the cheek area, which can become sunken as the skin loses its elasticity
- Soften and smooth the tear trough, improving the appearance of dark circles and undereye bags
- Fill and smooth deeper lines in the nasolabial folds (nose to mouth lines)
- Lift the corners of the mouth and smooth so-called “marionette lines” at the corners of the mouth
- Tighten and lift the skin around the chin and neck, reducing the appearance of jowls
- Sharpen the jawline
- Add volume to sunken areas of the mid and lower face
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are used for facial aesthetic treatments and are injected into the skin. They are designed to effectively reduce the appearance of unwanted wrinkles, contour and create volume, and to revitalise the skin. Dermal fillers are based on Hyaluronic acid which is a substance that naturally exists in your body. Hyaluronic acid is a sugar molecule that exists naturally in almost all living organisms. It binds water and can act as a lubricant and shock absorber in movable parts of the body such as joints. It is also important for the transport of nutrients and in regulating water balance in skin.
Dermal fillers work by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid, dermal fillers revitalise and add volume to the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and giving a natural softer look. Dermal fillers are a soft injectable gel consisting of stabilized, non-animal hyaluronic acid. The gel is tissue-friendly and closely resembles the hyaluronic acid that exists naturally in the body. It is long-lasting but not permanent.
Dermal filler injections provide an easy way to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, smooth the skin and give a more youthful appearance. The result of a single treatment can be seen instantly and can last for around 6 to 9 months. Dermal filler injections can give a natural looking result that does not affect facial expression. As your face changes over time, dermal fillers allow you to control you looks subtly as you age.
Dermal fillers can be used to smooth away facial lines and wrinkles, create fuller lips and shape facial contours, such as cheeks and chin, and revitalise the skin.
Botulinum toxin (Botox ®)
Botulinum toxin has been used medically in the UK since 1977, and within the cosmetic industry for around 20 years. It is a purified protein which is injected to temporarily relax the facial muscles responsible for causing lines and wrinkles. As the muscles relax, the overlying skin which has been creased tight into fine folds, also relaxes and lines and wrinkles smooth away.
Nasolabial Lines
The nasolabial fold is the deep crease running from either side of the nose down towards the corners of the mouth. This crease becomes more noticeable as part of the natural ageing process. Fat is lost from the cheeks, reducing skin volume and making this fold appear deeper. Repeated smiling or having a “big smile” may result in permanent, deep creases in this area.
Deep nasolabial folds can be corrected through injections of dermal filler into the surrounding area, restoring the lost volume and softening the appearance of these creases. The goal of nasolabial fold injections is to even out the skin volume, leaving you with a smoother, refreshed-looking appearance.
Jaw enhancement
A very common part of ageing, is the recession of the jawbone. The consequences of this are a lack of support to the surrounding tissues, leading to laxity and sagging in the jowl area. It also has a knock on effect, to the appearance of the neck and the condition of the skin in this area.
The jawline plays an essential part in the overall appearance of ones’ facial shape and profile. It is vital to maintain the strength of the jawline in order to achieve a youthful and well-proportioned look.
Cheek Enhancement
This procedure is used to lift and rejuvenate your cheeks, all without the need for surgical operations. We use facial fillers (made from natural gel) to improve the appearance of your cheeks and combat saggy, aged-looking skin.
Chin Filler
Chin Filler can enhance the overall appearance of the chin area. Dermal Filler can be used on the chin to stiffen the skin and define the chin and jowl area, lessening the weakness of a weak chin. … Chin filler can lengthen and enhance ones lower facial appearance creating a more balanced profile.
Tear Trough
A tear trough is a deep crease between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. It can cast a shadow below your eyes, resulting in a tired appearance. Some people think their tear troughs make them look older.
In certain individuals, tear troughs are an inherited trait. In others, tear troughs become more prominent with age. That’s because facial tissues lose volume as you get older.
The goal of a tear trough filler is to reduce the depth of a tear trough.
Injecting dermal filler into the area making the skin look fuller and tighter. It’s a nonsurgical method of facial rejuvenation.

Aqualyx - Fat Dissolving
Aqualyx the fat dissolving injection has an aqueous compound solution of 12alfa-dihydroxy-5beta-24-oico cholanic acid sodium salts which is a modified compound of Cholanic Acid also known as Deoxycholic Acid.
Present also in the human body, the active ingredient deoxycholic acid is used in the emulsification of fats for the absorption in the intestine. The naturally occurring acid is perfect for fat dissolving treatments such as intralipotherapy.
AQUALYX offers a treatment for patients who are looking to lose pockets of fat that are difficult to lose despite improving diet and exercise.
When AQUALYX is injected it works by liquefying the fat cells, destroying them permanently and releasing the lipids that are then eliminated and drained naturally via lymphatic system.

Skin Booster
Seventy Hyal 2000 is a bio-stimulating, injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) skin booster that aims to improve hydration levels within the skin. Seventy Hyal skin booster also works to simultaneously stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin.
As we age, we lose approximately 1% of our hyaluronic acid stores each year after the age of 30. Thus, resulting in fine lines and loss of facial volume. Seventy Hyal 2000 treats the physiological depletion of HA within the skin via infiltration back into the skin’s dermis.
Seventy Hyal skin booster acts as the perfect skin rejuvenation treatment to improve skin texture and skin laxity whilst adding gentle volume.
